If Dime Dime Baby AI is not working, first identify where the problem occurs: uploading a portrait, confirming credits, waiting for a saved job or playing a completed video. If you already clicked Generate, check My videos before submitting again. An interrupted screen does not prove that the request failed.
If the photo will not upload
Use one JPEG, PNG or WebP file up to 10 MB and at least 256 × 256 pixels. A phone photo saved as HEIC needs to be exported to a supported format. Renaming its extension is not enough. Try a fresh export if a file appears supported but will not open correctly.
Choose a clear, unobstructed face with even light. File validation and visual quality are separate checks: a small, blurred face can sit inside an image that meets the size requirement. Replace an unclear portrait before attempting a paid generation.
If the studio will not confirm generation
Review the displayed quote, selected length and resolution, your available balance and the photo-permission confirmation. Buying credits and generating a video are separate actions. After a purchase, return to the studio and check the settings before the final Generate confirmation.
If you use an existing EasyVideoAI account, sign in with that same account to inspect its shared balance. Do not assume a guest browser session or a different account will show that wallet. If a payment succeeded but the balance is unclear, keep the payment reference and contact support rather than purchasing again immediately.
If the video is pending or the submission was interrupted
Open My videos in the same guest browser session or the account used for the request. Look for the saved job and inspect its current status. Refreshing that request checks progress; confirming a new generation creates another job and can reserve credits again.
When the initial submission times out, the service retries up to 3 times without another credit reservation. If the initial attempt and all 3 retries time out, the job fails and all reserved credits are returned. Once a provider task ID is received, we only check that task’s progress. A provider queue or processing delay can keep a job in progress. There is no fixed completion time that applies to every request. If the job remains unresolved, contact support with its ID and describe when you submitted it. Avoid starting repeated copies while the original status is uncertain.
If a finished video looks wrong or has no sound
Download the completed MP4 and play it outside the browser. For sound, check the player's mute control, device volume and speaker selection. If the local file plays correctly, the issue may be the browser or the app you imported it into rather than the generation itself.
For visual issues, inspect the face during turns and look for changes in hands, clothing or background details. AI results can contain artifacts even when processing completes. A confirmed failed task returns reserved credits; a completed result with an unwanted detail is not automatically the same as a failed generation.
Send enough detail for support to find the request
Include the job ID, approximate submission time, selected length and resolution, and the exact error text if one appears. Say whether you used a guest session or signed in. For a payment question, include the payment reference so it can be distinguished from a generation request.
Keep account passwords and payment-card details out of your message. A concise description of the step that failed is more useful than repeated paid attempts. Once you know whether the original job completed, failed or remains in progress, you can decide what to do next.
Common questions
Should I click Generate again when the page freezes?
Check My videos first in the same session or account. A request may already exist even if the page stopped responding. Submitting again can create another paid generation.
Are credits returned for a failed generation?
Reserved credits are returned for a confirmed generation failure or when submission still times out after 3 automatic retries. Other uncertain requests need their status checked first. A completed video with visual artifacts is a different case.
Can I troubleshoot without generating another video?
Yes. Check the upload file, review settings and balance, inspect the saved job, and play a completed download locally. Contact support with the job ID if those checks do not resolve it.
